ASIA SPIRIT
The first collection of Blue Lagoon Asia Spirit was launched on December 7, 2017. For this collection, she drew inspiration from Asia as a whole, with a particular affection for Japan. She chose to print cherry blossom and bamboo patterns on satin, using screen printing to create a striking contrast between the designs and the fabric’s color. In her designs, she sought to merge Asian and Western influences while expressing her love for flowers and colors. She had the honor of being supported by French and international sponsors, some of whom accompanied her throughout her journey in Ghana. This first fashion show was a revealing experience, allowing her to believe in herself and understand that patience, perseverance, and hard work make anything possible.
GHANA SPIRIT
Her second fashion show in 2018. As a tribute to her host country, Ghana, she was inspired by the allure of its traditional fabrics. She had the opportunity to collaborate with Woodin, a prestigious fabric manufacturer in West Africa, specializing in wax prints. Her goal was to create a harmonious collection blending tradition and modernity. The traditional fabric, reimagined with a contemporary touch, gave birth to a unique and bold collection.With the support of sponsors who placed their trust in her, this collection was a resounding success from its launch. She proudly presented this fashion show in France, marking the beginning of her journey in the world of fashion.
CARIBBEAN SPIRIT
In 2019, she experienced a pivotal year, marked by her growing passion for fashion collections and runway shows. A visionary, she designed a collection with Caribbean influences even before knowing she would move to the Caribbean the following year. This collection, featuring an entirely white section reflecting her minimalist style and another vibrant section rich in colors, aimed to celebrate the festive and cultural essence of the Caribbean. The success of this collection culminated in an exceptional fashion show. She wishes to express her gratitude to her sponsors for their invaluable support. Presented in Mayotte, her native island, this collection benefited from the valuable collaboration of Roberta Annan, founder of the African Fashion Foundation, the Mayotte Fashion Show, the Madora perfumery, and other sponsors.
